Overall, we had a very good stay at this Hilton Head Resort condo. The condo itself was excellent—very clean, fully furnished, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and it felt comfortable and well-maintained throughout our stay. There are a few things that could be improved. It would be helpful to provide extra toilet paper and an additional set of bed sheets for emergencies. I was also disappointed that the condo didn’t have its own washer and dryer, so we had to use the shared laundry facilities and pay extra. The biggest inconvenience was that the elevator in our building was out of service. We had to walk to Building 2 to use the elevator there, and it was always busy, so expect to wait. The listing did mention the elevator issue, but the notice was at the very bottom of the description, and I didn’t see it until two days before our arrival. Had I noticed it earlier, I might have chosen a different property. The walk to the beach is longer than expected, but thankfully the shuttle made it much easier. I just wish it operated for longer hours. Despite these inconveniences, the condo itself was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay. If the elevator issue is resolved, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed at Hilton Head Resort during February for the last 15 years and in villa 1403 for the last 4. Love the resort,,love the villa. If you stay here you will. Love it too.
